To ensure stakeholders understand complex engineering design concepts: Simplify the Language: Use clear, non-technical language to explain complex ideas, avoiding jargon. Use 'Divide n Conquer' method to present concepts by presenting each modules by exploding them. Visualize the Concepts: Provide diagrams, 3D models, animations or prototypes to visually represent the design and make it more understandable. Relate to Real-World Examples: Use analogies or real-world examples that align with the stakeholders’ experiences to make the concepts relatable. Encourage Interaction: Allow stakeholders to ask questions and give feedback to ensure they fully understand the complexities and clear up any confusion.

In my experience, I break the concept down into simpler parts and use visuals, like sketches or 3D models, even 3D Prototyping if it is needed to make it easier to understand. I also tie everything back to how it impacts the project, so it's clear why it matters. If someone doesn’t get it right away, I adjust my approach until it clicks for them by avoiding very technical words or complexities. My goal is to make sure everyone’s on the same page before we move forward since this can hugely impact the final result.
