When scaling, the reality is that you’ll encounter a range of customer experience from delighted and satisfied to dissatisfied and frustrated. An able team not only helps address these issues but also enables us to genuinely understand our customers' pain points. While having a great product that customers like is important, it’s our dissatisfied and unhappy customers who truly teach us where we can improve. The journey of learning, improving, and rectifying never really ends, and each challenge presents an opportunity for growth.
