Developing leadership will definitely include the psychometric assessments and 360-degree feedback. Getting a mentor and coach are definitely two important support. Mentorship has helped me and help you to see tap on the mentor's experience to navigate the company and the network to get things done more efficiently. A mentor's advice can only go so far. Personally I think that today we need a Leadership that is not privilege or heroism but which starts from clarity and contact with the Purpose, from competence and manifests itself in continuous work on oneself to also bring to other people a direct experience guided by Presence, Ethics and Wisdom. An inspired, shared and widespread energy (I am specifically talking about leadership and not leaders) that knows how to transform Purpose into impact
