In my experience soliciting the team's feedback is a great way of evaluating the impact of the recently implemented modifications on their day-to-day productivity. Oftentimes the reality of a certain process modification, when it's put into the perspective of its integration in the overall system being used by the team, can be very different from its expected impact. Therefore, it's always best to engage the team that has dealt with this process modification hands- on to gauge its performance. This will not only improve the process through subsequent iterations, but also generate a team spirit where the individuals feel seen, heard and values. The latter in itself will drive long-term productivity.
