For many startups or scale ups, the hardest things are 1.Finding product market fit. 2.Before you can find that magic Product market fit, finding your ICP (Ideal customer profile) is not easy. It took us more than 2 years to figure that out correctly and it turns out it could simply be done by understand your competitors ICP and then position your company and your unique offering to differentiate yourself among competitors. Here is how I did it Objectively and unbiased. 1.I was lucky that I have some mature competitors and I was able to get large volume of data and use AI to find the trends. 2.Manually talk to 100+ potential customers to verify the data. The Aha moment came!
