For the beta version of the service, the focus should be on what the staff have experienced during their shifts. These requests/questions tend to be common so a service can be created to mitigate the issues. There can be a priority list according to how many times each request is asked. After the beta version, staffs can gather voluntarily feedback or take notes of what users say during interactions. These can be used to improve the services and use version testing for users to give feedback on what changes they like and which changes are not in the positive direction.

However, there should also be language selections for community members that are not fluent in English. Another consideration for libraries would be to have accessibility for low tech users. This also means to create a version of the website/services that makes it easy for users to navigate and not requiring the most updated version of the iOs.

Staffs should be able to assist any users during the office hours through simple explanations through phone calls or fixing the issue on the backend from a staff login portal. However, with more and more services, libraries need to have an IT team that can provide support to users as well as staffs. There will be more technical issues that staffs should not be required to know as it could deal with sensitive data.
