Clear learning outcomes have been mentioned but I would like to add clear video quality as well. The display resolution of your video matters as well as its orientation. Concise not too much information or unnecessary information in one video and most importantly captivate your learners. This way they are glued to your video and can stick long enough to get all that you would have them learn.
