Theres a saying “Practice makes a man perfect” So doesn’t matter how many times you read the documentation, watch the tutorials if we don’t practice it we will not be able to master in any new languages. By practicing we will face new problems with new challenges and by solving the problems helps to master a new language more efficiently.

As soon as you learned the basics in a language start building projects but make sure to not fall into the tutorial hell. Do not blindly replicate what other man coded and try to build something that solves real world problems

Goals are very important, without a vision where do you know where you are going? Employees/candidates are important, it takes the right people to reach the goal. However, without the time management put into place to carry out everything you will never accomplish anything. Especially in today’s world where time is money. A second spent is “at least” $1 lost. Create a time management system, explain it… TO EVERYONE, and then implement it. But, you must follow through and ensure the system is being followed. When this is done, then goals will be accomplished.

Humans are an amalgamation of the people they like and it will reflect in your code, for a career that doesn't have the right answer and only efficient ones learn to improve your way of approachin a problem, by learning solutions form different perspective. It really broadens your horizon, expand your knowledge and even opportunity. Learn and teach , is also the best deed. it can come back in more ways than you expect it. Keep going!

Have a daily structured practice routine, 1.) Concepts you want to learn/apply today 2.) Revisiting previously learned concepts 3.) Read about specific coding practices exclusive to the language, understand the whys behind those 4.) Read and understand about optimization techniques commonly used for this language 15-30 mins of practice daily will yield much better results than studying for 3.5 - 4 hours on weekends

I do this often, I erally love doing this and it's the main contributor of my growth. After learning something I would compare my current code to my previous one and what I want to achieve in the next iteration or project, I have a checklist on how my copde should look like and what structure and architecture it should follow. reflect regularly I've seen people who are comfortable with their title that they stop learn and grow. that is a major no. take time to learn take time to reflect, facts doesnt care about your feelings, bills dont care about your ego. Leave your title at the door and learn to lower your ego because if you're the smartest person in the room then you're in the wrong room. you can do this!
