You build your tribe by providing as much as value as possible to your niche based on the problems they have. Once that is in place, you will be booking 10 discovery calls per day and then you can go through the website hoops and qualification tactics.

I am against automation from the very start and when not enough manual work has been done to understand the nuances of the business. I see many fall into this trap with the "automation" or "streamline your business operations" hype going on. Do the manual and unscalable stuff, and once there is a true opportunity cost for your time, then you can start automating, hiring, and building out SOPs. But at the very beginning, just do the work.

Create a streamlined process where every trigger point (i.e. when a customer approaches you, or when a customer has a question) is defined and where there is someone in charge of each trigger point in the customer journey. Owners of trigger points can be either you (as few as possible) or support staff (either freelancers or team members).
