One of the best ways to learn from the experts is to follow their blogs, podcasts, webinars, and social media accounts. You can get insights, tips, and inspiration from their experiences, projects, and opinions. You can also interact with them and ask questions, or join their online communities and networks. Some of the industry leaders you can follow are Jane Bozarth, Cathy Moore, Tom Kuhlmann, Connie Malamed, and Christy Tucker.

And where do you find these leaders? Here on LinkedIn and at Industry events. I know all of these folks from the Learning Guild events. Christy Tucker (and myself) are both scheduled to speak at Learning & HR Tech Solutions in April. There you can take workshops from other leaders like Josh Cavalier, Julie Dirksen and Hadiya Nuriddin. It's a sure bet you'll see Jane, Tom, Connie and numerous other names you know at DevLearn in Las Vegas in the fall. Industry events have been an incredible career-builder for me and I've made numerous friends. If you attend, you will too.

LinkedIn Learning has a great assortment of eLearning courses. In particular, I recommend the ones about Articulate 360. They have plenty of examples and great ideas you can easily implement.

I have been learning how to generate AI images that can be included in my eLearning courses. One advantage is you can create more targeted images that provide better context specifically for scenario building. It takes time to get proficient and it does not work all the time, but I am finding more and more as great way to add an extra.
