To manage overwhelming tasks and deadlines, leverage technology by using project management tools like Trello or Asana to organize tasks and set deadlines. Calendar apps can help schedule reminders and block off time for focused work. Automation tools like Zapier can streamline repetitive tasks, freeing up your time for more critical work. Utilize collaboration platforms like Slack or Microsoft Teams for effective communication and file sharing with your team. Regularly review your progress using analytics features in these tools to adjust your priorities and stay on track.

Technology is amazing, but it can also give a false sense of security. You must establish a discipline on your approach or the best tech will not save you from the challenges you face. I suggest you first make the most of and totally understand your digital calendar and task function. Plan every hour out on your calendar to ensure you are allocating enough time to get those tasks done. Lay out your tasks and then decide which ones must be done that day. Then allocate time on your calendar to challenge yourself to focus on those. Evaluate how you did at the end of the day and then adjust both your tasks and calendar for the next day.

I want to keep things pretty simple but effective. To make this possible, I do use technology when required. I will not mention many apps all around as everyone do know where they can get information of such apps. The matter is not about the use of technology. It is more related to your psychology. You see discipline is something that comes over practice. It cannot be acquired within a day and can be solved with technology. If you want to solve daily tasks without procrastinating, you should learn the tricks of maintaining consistency and it can be achieved over being discipline??

Peak performance, especially when you have a lot of tasks, demands the perhaps counterintuitive strategy of working only on one thing at a time. That way you can bring your full attention to the task and complete it as quickly as possible. Using your calendar to block off time is also an effective strategy. Make sure you don't allow interruptions, such as social media or email notifications, during these blocks of time. Having one place where you can see everything, rather than having to switch between different applications to see all of your tasks, is also helpful. You might use a project management tool t o keep tabs on the various projects.
