There are three prioritization keys: 1. Proximity to Target Audience - who are the stakeholders providing feedback that have the strongest relationship with your targets for messages 2. Experience with audience - what is the type of experience stakeholders have with the audiences you are trying reach 3. What does the data tell you - leverage past experiences and other data points to backup your arguments and determine which feedback is relevant and which is noise.
