I agree with all previous comments. If I had to add to the list, I’d say ensure that post market surveillance remains a priority. Close to 20% of all innovation is either dead or dying within 2 years. It strikes me that the customer centric approach gradually takes the back seat after the launch in some industries. Having a constant 2 way communication with clients is crucial. Also, my personal view is that to be commercially successful these days, you have to be better, but also different. Good design is no longer enough. Finding new ways to frame the value proposition and raising above the noise is key.
