Conozca y abra espacios de encuentro con los médicos para que sepa de cerca qué es lo que a ellos les preocupa para implementar ese proyecto y cómo podrían ser más fácil esa transición. La retroalimentación, la educación y hasta los incentivos son útiles, pero desde mi punto de vista, el abordaje personalizado facilitaría mucho este proceso.

Quiero resaltar que a los médicos nos gusta tener evidencia científica sobre los cambios que nos plantean, que nos demuestren con indicadores cómo mejoraría el entorno con ese cambio. Por último, siempre estar abiertos a la evaluación y mejora continua de ese proyecto de innovación para medir su impacto y efectividad en la práctica clínica. De esta manera nos da la libertad de realizar las mejoras o los ajustes necesarios en beneficio de nuestro servicio y de la población.
