Any CSR program you design and develop has to respond a to need, solve a problem / a situation, and therefore be genuine and authentic. In the case of diversity and inclusion, all you have to do is include everyone- all of the diverse voices. If the program is designed to "look good" it will fail.

Creating an authentic CSR program that embodies diversity and inclusion (D&I) involves a strategic and genuine approach: 1. Ensure leaders actively support and participate in D&I initiatives, setting a strong example for the organization. 2. Involve diverse stakeholders, including employees, community members, and partners, in the planning & execution stages to incorporate multiple perspectives. 3. Integrate D&I principles into the company’s mission and values, ensuring they are foundational to all CSR activities. 4. Establish clear, achievable objectives related to D&I, and track progress using relevant metrics. 5. Maintain open dialogue about the goals, actions, and outcomes of the CSR program to build trust and accountability.

Make sure you have a firm understanding of leadership’s true values to make sure the strategic derives from a place of genuine intent and not just a tickbox excercise. Bonus tip: Those who say its’ not just a tickbox excersize for us are the biggest ?? and often only do see this as a tickbox compliance excersize
