Stakeholders need to be informed timely and actions recommended how to rectify the data quality issues. At the same time, the impact of poor data quality needs to be highlighted. Though the aim is not perfect data but data that is "good enough" to allow for good decision making.

For a rapidly growing database, we try to use tools to automatically analyze data patterns, distributions, and anomalies. It's not to difficult to create rules to check data integrity, consistency, and accuracy. Our Python scripts are coded to automatically correct common errors. In our last project that was on supervised machine learning, we also utilized ML algorithms to detect unusual patterns or outliers.
