When faced with last-minute changes to a photoshoot, I find the first step in maintaining calm is acknowledging that the change has already occurred. This mindset helps me shift my focus to exploring different scenarios. As a photographer, being able to play it by ear is a valuable skill. Creativity thrives when you allow yourself to go with the flow. Interestingly, letting yourself fail, though it might seem controversial, can actually be useful. By staying flexible and embracing the changes, you avoid resisting the situation and instead integrate yourself into it, making the most of whatever unfolds

When last-minute changes come up during a photoshoot, I stay calm by focusing on finding quick solutions and going with the flow. I take a moment to figure out what needs to change, whether it’s the location, timing, or certain shots, and then I communicate the updates to everyone involved. Staying flexible and positive helps me keep things running smoothly. In the end, it’s all about adapting and making sure the shoot still goes off without a hitch.

So...This happens when we don't prepare the work. It is necessary to speak to the client beforehand and find out when, how and where we are going to do the session! Then, if this happens, you have to talk and clarify whether or not it is possible and adjust! Because changes happen even when we prepare everything, it is very important to know the client's expectations and desires!
