To guarantee team buy-in and cooperation, involve your team in the goal-setting process.

In my experience the IT Strategy is not just to provide long term vision and utilization resources to achieve organization goals..It also need to provide the different risks that may arise during the road map execution and plan for the mitigation strategies to overcome the risks.

The pursuit sometimes shows other paths we wouldn’t have thought of unless we took the chance to move in a direction.
