Si lo que se busca es homogenizar la forma de trabajo o igualar el rendimiento, se pueden dise?ar manuales estandarizados y pedir que cada equipo comparta las estrategias implementadas en aquello en lo que son mejores. Esto a su vez permite reconocer frente a los demás el buen trabajo realizado por cada equipo en su área, lo que aumenta la motivación y fomenta la cooperación.
