They also need to be familiar with various platforms, protocols, and standards for embedded systems, such as Arduino, Raspberry Pi, CAN, Bluetooth, and RTOS. Embedded systems engineers typically have a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field, and some may have a master’s or a doctoral degree for more complex projects.

A network engineer is responsible for designing, installing, configuring, and maintaining the networks that connect computers and other devices.
