Last year I started coaching a young entrepreneur. The first thing was to formalize his career vision (aka destination). He had some idea though the vision for his 2-year-old startup was well in place. Then we traced backward with toll gates every 5 years. Then the datum line, skills, and resource enrichment needed to go from milestone n to n+1.
