Analiza y comprende cuál es el problema, revisa dise?os, cálculos, normativas, o cualquier aspecto que esté generando dificultades 2. Identificado el problema, realiza investigación para comprender las causas 3. Desarrolla posibles soluciones realistas, factibles y respaldadas por evidencia técnica 4. Evalúa cada solución propuesta en función de su viabilidad técnica, costo, impacto y todos los factores relevantes. Selecciona la más adecuada 5. Implementa solución de manera cuidadosa y siguiendo procedimientos adecuados 6. Una vez implementada realiza seguimiento continuo para evaluar su efectividad con el tiempo

Usually, peer evaluation is the better way to avoid these types of mistakes; design is usually reviewed and approved by a chain of multiple people with different responsibilities, the possibility to make a mistake on this phase is low, but never zero. An important aspect to consider about this, is that a delta feedback culture needs to be nurtured within designers, as sometimes errors are easy to be overlooked by more senior reviewers, designers need to feel that they can express their concerns about the project in a safe fashion and that their voice will be considered, this becomes more valuable as our staff becomes more experienced, not only because they will notice the errors quicker, but because they will learn how to avoid them

Coordination issues are difficulties or conflicts that arise when you need to work with other professionals or disciplines involved in the same project, such as architects, contractors, engineers, surveyors, or planners.
