Diverse Perspectives: Encourage a diverse team with varied skills and experiences to participate in problem-solving sessions. Different perspectives can lead to unique insights into potential root causes. 2. Brainstorming Sessions: Conduct open and collaborative brainstorming sessions where team members freely contribute ideas without immediate judgment. 3. Mind Mapping: Use mind mapping techniques to visually represent interconnected ideas and potential causes. 4. Reverse Thinking: Encourage the team to think in reverse. 1. Digitalise everything that you can. That way, everything will be traceable hence making it easier to find the root cause when there is deviation/OOS. Also, lesser/no data integrity issues. 2. Encourage all personnel to give feedback and opinions. Give them some merit for doing so, too. There is a board where personnel can write anything they feel can be improved and the corresponding Area Manager will take note of it and start working on it. All the updates are done on the very same board. It is transparent and gives people a sense of ownership. Or instead, can use online platform for this purpose. 3. Use of data analytics for let's say equipment breakdowns.

- encourage to speak about challenges which the doer is facing to manufacture quality products. - encourage every doer to speak about their understanding of the quality of the product manufactured. - understand the nature of deviations that the doer suggests based on technical knowledge and knowledge of quality. -Based on the above points identify the possible solution(s), its implementation and measures to be taken for persistent implementation.

Given a chance, and based on the data at my disposal, I would choose ‘Customer Focus’ and ‘Engagement of People’ as the principles to drive creativity. My approach would be to -Understand Customer Expectations -Analyse the Cost of Quality Stats -Assess People skills and competency to develop a comprehensive Creativity plan that engages our people, and benefits our customers.
