There are 2 part for update one from The Organization side and other from user side. 1. For Organization must have MDM platform to automate updates, manage configurations, and enforce security policies. 2. An announce scheduled for updating devices to ensure they receive the latest security patches and features which can be perfromed through specific time line i.e. weekend, month end. 3 For user side we need to make sure that all devices are configured with strong security settings, including encryption, remote wipe capabilities, and strong authentication methods. Audit team need to identifies if any irregularity and vulnerabilities so the patches can identify promptly. 4. A strong restricted policy will bind the user so he can't go extra
