Please make sure the information you send to LLMs are decently anonymized and make sure no PII goes there. Who knows what usages can people do with your customers' data. Also, make sure you test a lot. Imagine if you will rely a customer response on a LLM bot, it can hallucinate and generate really troublesome responses. And in the end the blame will be on your company, not on the LLM developer. As a hint, try to configure LLMs for very low entropy or temperature.
