Hiring like-cultured people is extremely extremely important - people who are easy-to-work with, honest and accountable. People who value the opportunity, beyond a 9-5 pay cheque. Don't be in a rush to hire anyone and everyone. Don't go by talent and degrees alone. And then, it requires regular training and alignment... because people come from different backgrounds and think/understand differently. It's a lot of work. Needs patience and persistence.

You are a the Leader and then you have the Senior Leaders in the Team. Be a good example and all with follow, the reverse is also true. So shine bright on Positivity so that the Team shines too. Be careful, everybody is watching you and takes cues from you.
