The biggest issue with phishing is that -they can be so tempting. Who does not want an iPhone with a click ? However, everyone exposed to the internet should be aware of the cyber crimes that happen and they should treat the email with - 1. Sender authentication ? 2. Email etiquette 3. No one requires your PII . Start with the Alex/Bob stories that educate and aware on all the threats any user is vulnerable to in this internet world. "Clickbaits" exist, could be the prime motive for many marketing industries too. Remember all the email functionalities - like reporting, moving to spam, block user etc.
