Start with understanding the context -> do your research regarding the problem(s) you are trying to resolve or understand. Define the goals and outcomes. Develop the research questions and hypotheses. Develop data collection tools. Manage the collected data. Process, clean, and transform data to prepare the data for analysis. Conduct the data analysis -> Run statistical analyses (t-test, ANOVA, Chi-Square test, etc. confidence interval, power of a test, etc.). Prepare a report to present the results and the main findings. Depending on the audience, choose the appropriate language in the report so that everyone understands the outcomes of the research study/project. Use data visuals such as tables, charts, graphs, etc. to present data.

The next step is to review the existing literature on your topic and identify the gaps, challenges, and opportunities in the field. What are the current theories, methods, and findings in your area of interest? How does your project fit into the broader context and contribute to the advancement of knowledge?
