1. At first we have to understand as much as we want to secure control system from cyber attack ,response time will be slower because it will check the security rules, before making any communication. 2.So when control system is required to connect outside companies network we have to do risk assessment and have to check which portion of control system is more vulnerable and have to secure ignoring the performance . 4.Employee should be trained so that they are aware of best practices of maintaining and operating control system securely.

carefull with this one, doing regular updates on mission critical, health software, tier 4 services without staging is going to have you on downtime more sooner than later, and even more sooner thant a security risk it self. current rush to deploy is making a flood of half baked software go to the public, see crowdstrikefor that matter

sadly lots of human resourcers dont like to read or have to take a assesment, but they should be mandatory. to have a better working envorinment try to diversify on how this traning gets done you could try gammification
