It has been my experience that everyone appreciates being complimented for an achievement or effort. These are not worth anything if not based on merit. A nice thumbs up on even a small thing can be very encouraging on the whole. If you are quick to notice errors , then certainly you are paying attention enough to notice when a worker is in someway, performing in a way that could be brought to their attention in a positive light. Others also hear this and take notice that good things are noticed too. It creates an atmosphere of achievement as opposed to a punitive one. Much more productive!

Everybody can provide feedback. Very few can provide well structured constructive feedback. The main mistake in this phase is to use always the same feedback structure. Have a set of them and pick a different one every time you give an additional feedback to the same person, so that he/she can see that you are not "just applying the XYZ feedback structure"

I have observed that many times lack of motivation comes from not having enough flexibility nor autonomy in your job. Try to understand for your team's expectations about this point

A cultura positiva tem que estar presenta, mas ela está longe de ser aquilo que vai fazer a equipe performar. Geralmente esse tipo de abordagem leva o time a uma zona perigosa chamada conforto. Uma cultura de vendas é uma cultura produtiva que por si só se torna positiva. é preciso agir com estratégia e gerar competi??o (saudável), mas nunca perder de vista que vendas é processo e processo é resultado. Incentivar o coleguismo e a troca de experiências é muito bom, mas cuidado para n?o cair na vala comum do conformismo.
I totally agree with the above statement, positive culture needs to be built around the team. Each team contributes different value to create positive environment. Sometimes by giving small rewards to the teams can encourage everyone to participate and improve morale and eventually improve the team’s performance as overall.
The starting point for me would be to really understand the root cause of poor morale. Throwing solutions that 'fix morale' issues out (I know lets do a big incentive!) usually fall flat. What is the root cause of the poor morale? Ask your team members individually and see if they can shed some light; "...I have noticed a few heads dropping lately - is it just me?" - see what comes back. You may be surprised at how simple the solutions could be. Overlooking simple recognition opportunities (saying well done), or your people feeling like they aren't being listened to or learning any more are often at the heart of morale issues, although of course it could be much more serious than that. But find out first, solve second! Good luck
