Innovation must be built around robustness, it is a whole that must be inseparable, one must not be done without the other, the entire feasibility study must be done with both elements

Robustness should always be the prerequisite for new features. But keep in mind that development and prioritization of the backlog should at the same time be aligned with the workload of your different development teams and experts. If there is room for another feature within a team, go for it! Always choose features and functionalities that are requested by multiple customers!

? To balance innovation with robustness, gradually introduce new technologies and test them thoroughly before full integration. ?Prioritise maintaining the system’s stability while incrementally adding innovative features. ?Collaborate with your team to identify which innovations will drive the most value without compromising reliability, and always have a solid backup plan in place in case of unexpected issues.

It's easy to make things work in a controlled environment, but we have to build systems that will work on the plant floor under a variety of scenarios. They have to be able to stand up to a lot of potential misuse and even abuse. To reach that level of durability we test, test, test, then test some more. My team puts our systems to the test by trying to foresee any issues operators could potentially have before they get the chance to have them. Sometimes they call me out to assist because if anyone can find a weakness in the system it's usually me. They tell me that if I can't break it then no one can. I'm not sure that's a compliment, but it's my job.

To enhance a robotic system, balancing innovation with robustness involves integrating cutting-edge technology while ensuring reliability. ?? Innovation drives new features and capabilities, but each must be thoroughly tested to prevent failures. ?? Robustness comes from building on proven, stable components and adding redundancy to critical systems. By maintaining a modular design ??, it's easier to upgrade parts without affecting overall performance. Regular feedback and testing loops ?? help refine both innovative features and stable performance. Ultimately, the key is ensuring that new advancements complement the core system's dependability. ??
