En lo personal, considero que en una pasantía las habilidades básicas que un ingeniero de datos debería tener son: SQL: Dominio de consultas, uniones y procedimientos almacenados. DBMS: Conocimiento en sistemas como MySQL, PostgreSQL y SQL Server. Modelado de Datos: Habilidad para dise?ar esquemas eficientes y normalización de datos. No se puede exigir más a un pasante, no obstante, si además posee habilidades referidas a la seguridad en las bases de datos, o incluso referente al manejo de BD no relacionales (NoSQL), sería un plus que debería ser muy valorado.
