Dont forget to your quality resting time. Sleeping is vital part to keep you moving on next day. I never be morning person since i was 20. I worked a lot at night and very productive. However after turned in 40s my body just cannot take the same routine. I changed myself into morning person. Leaving all the undone task at laptop, shut it down when i arrived home. That helped me a lot with both physical and mind health.

Use the Eisenhower Matrix to identify urgent and important tasks. Focus on high-impact tasks. Delegate when possible. Set time limits and stick to them. Use the Pomodoro technique or to-do lists. Minimize distractions and review priorities daily.

When your workload feels like a runaway train, stop and prioritize! Use the Eisenhower Matrix — sort tasks into urgent-important, important-not urgent, urgent-not important, and neither. Tackle high-impact tasks first. Apply the 80/20 rule — focus on the 20% of tasks that yield 80% of results. Delegate ruthlessly; if someone else can do it, let them! Set realistic deadlines and use time-blocking to stay on track. Most importantly, learn to say NO — your sanity isn’t a negotiable resource! Stress thrives in chaos, so keep a to-do list lean and clear. And remember, “You can do anything, but not everything” (David Allen). Prioritize wisely, and breathe!
