Dont forget to your quality resting time. Sleeping is vital part to keep you moving on next day. I never be morning person since i was 20. I worked a lot at night and very productive. However after turned in 40s my body just cannot take the same routine. I changed myself into morning person. Leaving all the undone task at laptop, shut it down when i arrived home. That helped me a lot with both physical and mind health.

I prioritize tasks to manage stress, by keeping a daily schedule of projects that come into the design department, allowing me to stay organized. The projects are prioritized by the deadline date that is due, but also shows when the project was requested, by whom, and the designer handling the request. While multi-tasking is extremely important, it is equally important to understand that in most cases you are only able to focus and get one project finalized at a time. Teamwork and collaboration is also important in this regard. If we are up against a deadline, it is important to prioritize as a team and to be supportive to jump in and help to alleviate stress across other team members.
