I share with them my own struggles with performance anxiety and techniques I have used in order to feel more confident and not let my anxiety get the better of me. Some of these include: *Surrounding myself with positive people *Knowing the material backwards and forwards *Reminding myself that I am actually good at this and that this is what I love to do!
