I would also like to talk to each team member one to one to find out what they feel is wrong with the team. The cause maybe something hidden in the past.

I would like to involve each team member to the goal setting first separately and the agree the goals with the whole team. In that way we can achieve better result and commitment of the whole team.

I would prefer to start this phace already when forming the team. Its important to pick different kinds of people if you aim to get excellent results. The right kind of variety brings fruitful debate and opens discussions to more innovative ways. If teams are already formed, I would like to have a possibility to changes if needed.

I would prefer to discuss openly the tools needs with the team. Also this kind of joint decision making adds coherence and helps to commit to the goal. As few tools as possible would be best. In many projects only Teams is needed.

I would try to add the needed meetings to existing meeting cycle to ensure that ”homework” is prepared properly before the meetings. Getting results from other previous phace meetings is essential to prevent project getting late or using funds over the given budget. I should know the organization and strategic management meetings cycle as well as tactical decision making in order to be able to lead properly the team towards excellence.
