This has actually happened to me on more than one occasion, and I learnt a lot from this experience.

I believe engagement is key in any speech, workshop, or training. In the absence of activities, ask the audience questions and, crucially, don’t be 'set in your ways' - be prepared to adapt.

It all comes down to preparation. If you deliver enough presentations, this will happen at some point. If you haven't committed your presentation to memory, then have a print out of your script or cue cards [just in case]. This should be enough to help you get through the presentation with your credibility in tact. Always have a back up plan, you may never need it, but it will be a lifesaver the day you do.
