Si los líderes senior, con experiencia, tienen opiniones diferentes de lo que sucede, quizás no tienen los intereses alineados. Si realmente no pueden encontrar un punto en común, quizás se debería proceder a una evaluación sobre ellos, para ver donde se han perdido en el camino

Em minha experiência profissional, normalmente, desacordo de pensamento sênior, s?o referentes a pontos de vista diferentes, porém levam sempre ao mesmo resultado. Portanto, busco "baixar a poeira" e trazê-los de volta ao time, relembrando qual é o problema e que estamos pensando em uma solu??o. Importante trazer a vis?o colaborativa, ao invés de impositiva, mostrando que ambos os caminhos podem estar corretos, e que somando as for?as chegar?o a um resultado ainda melhor.

Na minha opini?o a prepara??o é fundamental nesse caso. Além de uma reuni?o rotineira de comunica??o do avan?o dos projetos ou acompanhamento de rotinas, o desenho de diferentes cenários com prós e contras, custos e prazos, pode facilitar a visualiza??o do time e a tomada de decis?o de forma mais construtiva.

Si le conflit est ouvert suite aux désaccords, il convient de diminuer l'affect en organisant une discussion encadrée où chacun peut exprimer son point de vue de manière factuelle et constructive. J’insiste sur la nécessité d’écouter avant de répondre et je veille à ce que les échanges restent orientés solutions. Ensuite je demande : Qu’est-ce qui sert le mieux la vision de l'entreprise et ses résultats ? Cela permet de sortir d’une approche trop personnelle et de faire bénéficier l'organisation des réflexions individuelles Si aucun consensus n’émerge : trancher en expliquant son choix, en s’appuyant sur la vision et les objectifs de l’entreprise pour que chacun comprenne la logique de la décision et fédérer au profit du collectif.
