Un ambiente adecuado de trabajo se genera cuando las personas son tratadas como personas y no como una pieza de la cadena de producción. Para conseguirlo, el jefe debe desarrollar el papel de un auténtico líder para: - servir de inspiración - aflorar habilidades individuales - sacar lo mejor de cada persona Y todo esto que repercuta en el desarrollo personal de cada miembro del equipo. No poner el foco solamente en la rentabilidad, sino que cada paso profesional vaya acompa?ado de un aprendizaje personal.

Suele ocurrir que de tiempo en tiempo, algún miembro del equipo se desmotive por diferentes razones. En estos casos, esta situación puede resultar " contagiosa" para el resto, y aparezca un tsunami de desidia. Mi recomendación es estar siempre atentos, ya que como líderes de equipos de trabajo, tenemos que poder anticipar. Conversar con las personas involucradas, proporcionarles feedback, y volver a subirlos al tren de los objetivos comunes. Asegurarnos de que trabajen con personas que tienen la motivación elevada y los objetivos claros. Recordar de cuando en cuando los objetivos a todo el equipo es siempre deseable.
