In several projects and situations at work, especially in my team leading a team at my organisation, different members held different perspectives - also reflective of diversity. In such scenarios, it has been crucial to empathise with one another and to remind ourselves of the overarching goal. Simply put - we win as a team, and we lose (and learn) as a team too. :)
