When I notice my team’s goals misaligned with business objectives, I start by openly discussing the company’s broader goals to ensure everyone understands the bigger picture. I hold a team meeting to identify where the disconnect lies and encourage input from each member on how they see their role contributing to the overall objectives. From there, I collaborate with the team to redefine our short-term goals, ensuring they are aligned with the company’s strategic direction. I also set clear metrics to track our progress and adjust our approach if needed. Regular check-ins help maintain this alignment, ensuring that we’re all moving in sync towards success.

o primeiro passo é validar que todos tenham clareza dos objetivos da empresa, se necessário fazer uma reuni?o com apresenta??o dos objetivos e ao final, entregar um documento do qual todos tenham acesso e ciencia, quais as expectativas da empresa, pedido a ciencia de todo. Para realinhar os objetivos, é fundamental indentificar onde est?o ocorrendo os desvios e tambem os motivos, para ent?o tra?ar um plano de a??o que tenha ou n?o a participa??o da equipe na constru??o. Em seguida implementa-lo, e revisar periodicamente até que se demonstre alinhados novamente, fazendo quantar reuni?es e mudan?as necessárias forem preciso para o objetivo ser alcan?ados.
