From there, I collaborate with the team to redefine our short-term goals, ensuring they are aligned with the company’s strategic direction. I also set clear metrics to track our progress and adjust our approach if needed. Regular check-ins help maintain this alignment, ensuring that we’re all moving in sync towards success.
