Your team's approach to a project is questioned by a client. How do you navigate this feedback effectively?

You want to make sure you have your listening ears on so you hear what they're saying. Don't interrupt - just listen. They may tell you the answer / what it is they want :)

Give them your full attention and genuinely acknowledge their concerns without being defensive.
