I think in general AI has been given an ugly perspective and in some sense presented as to be feared. However, if the team is being presented with some exercises to teach how to implement AI tech in any simple scenario or a simple project in your industry. It will help ease the tension. I did a similar thing, by joining a course to apply and implement AI technology, and I understand its utility. This drastically changes my perspective of AI. Also presenting the capacity of AI and the drawbacks of AI can be very helpful to overcome this fear for some.
