I would present the new technologies using strong argumentation in an AI generated movie showing how their work will be in the near future. Then I would enter the team in a training, instructing well, to adopt and integrate fast in the new technologies, workflows and methodologies. I would use a gradual transition approach and gamification, making every step exciting and full of surprises. Depending on their personalities, I would assign roles of fav characters and let them work in a story-like environment. I would also take care to add a training to develop their appetite for tech novelty, and enhance their personalities with these types of skills, educate in the spirit of intellectual curiosity, to make my work easier in the future.

Merging innovation with tradition involves respecting established practices while embracing new ideas. I start by deeply understanding the traditional methods that have proven effective, identifying their strengths and limitations. By engaging stakeholders in collaborative brainstorming sessions, we can explore how modern technologies or approaches can enhance these traditions. This blend fosters a culture of respect and experimentation, leading to solutions that honor the past while driving progress and adaptability in the present.
