Encourage the team by explaining, how usability testing is crucial and can reveal the problem for improvement at the start of the project.. it allows them to see the product from the user's perspective. It will help to understand user challenges, frustration, and need. when the team understands the user experience, they can lead to a more intuitive and satisfying user experience. Convince the team and encourage them what is the reason behind usability testing. Tell the team if we do testing at the start of the project, it will be more cost-saving and time-saving. If an issue is solved at the starting point team can avoid high costs for redesign and redevelopment after launching the product.
