Let us talk first thing first in this situation your team need you nothing like any thing the need lots of your support and some one who they can rely, trust. Few pointers to help 1. Talk openly and whole heartedly and make sure every one participate and got your attentive listening. 2. Your job to draw a complete BIG picture along with critical path, now ask team to help you out to prioritise, estimate , dependencies and risk. 3. Now brain storm with a clear mind set of ROI of each project and task, importantly it is you finally own the plan and take all decisions but all buy in from your team. 4. Once plan is ready, you need to represent the plan and negotiate it with stakeholders. 5. Rest is monitoring and control the plan.

First of all, I have to prioritize their tasks. Then, making sure to have accurately defined deliverables to avoid redoing tasks and provide regular revising. Finally, I could lighten the load by carrying out some tasks by myself. If this situation is regularly arising, I would ask for hiring new members to the team.
