Excelente observación: asegurarse de que todos los miembros del equipo e incluso el cliente, entiendan la lógica de las prioridades marcadas por el líder del proyecto. No es habitual pero me ha ocurrido que el cliente tiene su propia idea visión de lo que debe ser prioridad pero no necesariamente coincide con la estrategia que se trace el líder de proyecto. Por eso es importante la comunicación antes y durante la ejecución.
