Asking the team to brainstorm ways to overcome potential obstacles. By involving them in the solution process, they felt more invested in reaching an agreement. I encouraged the team to find a middle ground, blending the best ideas from both sides. Ultimately, as the leader, one needs to demonstrate commitment to unity and progress. Show that you are willing to compromise or make adjustments for the greater good of the project.
