Try to be objective and open-minded, and avoid blaming or judging anyone.

Invite to a talking with the team and explain with calm the situation. Reinforce the message about the goals and the purposes have to be reach. Ask the needs of the team, which issues there's are facing and maybe the lack of knowledge and experience for deal with it. Propose and help to contribute to solve this issue. And finally ask a feedback to the team.
