There are some great thoughts already listed below, so I will just add one more. Think about how you can give the salespeople their own segment of the meeting on occasion. Ask an account executive who is particularly good at something to talk about that to the team. Doing that, though, requires you to work with them to build it out. You should let them lead, but coach them to make it fit the meeting. You can interview them about it in front of the group or let them run with it themselves, but make sure you let them shine.
