For major changes at network we need follow a major rules and standards to guarantee the business continuity for the customers; these rules can be applied at any solution or change we need to be more focused during system upgrade and follow below steps : 1. Read the release note for new software and highlight the changes for any parameters. 2. Test the new software at laboratory environment. 3. Prepare the scripts for the changes. 4. Take backup. 5. Implement the changes. 6. Confirm the change by monitor the system and kpi as generally. 7 . Raise any failure to the related team. 8. Prepare health check report after the change.
